4th NRF Open Meeting Draft Program and Schedule
The main structure of the 4th NRF Open Meeting is planned as follows:
Pre-conference day in Oulu: Cultural evening, Opening of the Photographic Exhibition, Dance Performance and Northern Travelling Film Festival.
1st day in Oulu: Opening Session, 1st Plenary Session, 1st Square Hour and Northern Travelling Film Festival.
2nd day in Oulu: Project Day Sessions, 2nd Square Hour, a Town Hall Meeting on the findings of the AHDR and ACIA and Northern Travelling Film Festival.
3rd day: Travelling to Tornio and Haparanda, and further to Luleå; School Days Session, 2nd Plenary Session and 3rd Square Hour in “Hapatornio”.
4th day in Luleå: 3rd Plenary Session, 4th Square Hour, Summary Session and Northern Travelling Film Festival.
