Luleå and Norrbotten
A centre for growth, Luleå is situated in the province of Norbotten that spans a quarter of Sweden’s surface area. The politicians of the Luleå have recently almost unanimously accepted “Luleå Vision 2010”, a vision for the future. The aim is to create a dynamic regional centre, supporting growth on a foundation of high development standards, a good business climate and extensive co-operation between the university, trade and industry and the town.
